Yes, Miss Zoe is believed to be 17! She's a love bug, too. Apparently, someone "lost this dog" and never tried to find her. PAWS pulled her from the local animal control. She is a doll and has plenty of spunk!But it bugs me. How can someone love a dog while it's young and in robust health, then let it roam the streets when it's most in need of safety and love? I just don't get it. Such sad a reflection of our throw-away society.
